Job Duties:
Recruiting and placing high level software developers (i.e., .NET Developers, JAVA Developers, COGNOS Developers, ETL Developers, UI Developers, Application Architects, Cobol Programmers, and Database Developers (Oracle and SQL) and high level Functional or Technical ERP Professionals (i.e., SAP Consultants. PeopleSoft Consultants, JD Edwards Consultants, Oracle ERP Consultants, Microsoft Dynamics Consultants, Maximo Consultants, and Infor10);
Facilitating client and interviews, preparing candidates for same, and seeking client feedback;
Negotiating pay rates;
Onboarding consultants and establishing long-term relationships;
Providing technical training to RDMs and BDMs on emerging technologies and serving as subject matter expert and providing training relative to client requirement management tools and applicant tracking systems.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in a Business or Marketing Field and 1
years of IT recruiting experience;
Experience using IQ Navigator, Beeline, Peoplefluent, Fieldglass, and People Click VMS tools for client requirement management;
Experience with Visio for process mapping and Microsoft Office suite;
Experience with either Matchguide, COSMOS Silverlight or Sourcenet for applicant tracking.
