Advanced Practice Provider - (PA/NP) Internal Medicine


The Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider, (APP), Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, is part of an interdisciplinary team and responsible for treating adult patients in a primary caresetting.The Internal Medicine APP provides initial and ongoing assessment and treatment of the patients medical, physical, and psychosocial status, including:


Coordinate the activities of the primary health care team to ensure optimal patient care services; candidates must be licensed to care for adult patients.
Coordinate and schedule laboratory studies, diagnostic procedures, and services such as labs, x-rays, and referrals. Explain the necessity, preparation, nature, and anticipated effects of scheduled diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients and their families.
Document in the patients medical record all relevant data including but not limited to results of diagnostic tests, laboratory results; patients condition, and response to therapies/interventions.
Ability and willingness to work Monday Friday 8a-5pm; provide up to 36 hours of direct patient care.
Excellent communication skills.
Works effectively in a team environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
