Product Manager Supply Chain Planning-Product Owner

The Product Manager is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related departments or areas. Provides leadership and guidance to managers, supervisors, and/or high level professionals based on organizational goals, company direction, general policies and management guidance within technology product management. Assists in the direction of overall product management, strategic vision and focus, and execution of growth plans for a technology product, product family or segment. Manages and improves technology products through compiling and evaluates research on online/digital product requirements and identifies enhancements to current features and functionality based on expertise in both marketing/product management and online/digital media. Interfaces with engineers, designers, suppliers and customers to develop online/digital media product requirements and specifications. Effectively manages various aspects of the line of business in support of the organization's goals and market needs which may include marketing strategies, marketing programs and tools, competitive analyses, market assessment, and product planning. Develops departmental plans, including business, production, operational and/or organizational priorities. Controls resources and contributes to policy formation. Develops and subsequently implements new projects, policies and procedures to meet goals. Contributes to the development of functional strategy. Has a team of at least three WK employees. Basic
Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the Product Strategy for CCH Tagetik Supply Chain planning, including the development roadmap, new product launches, product pricing, and other Go to Market activities. The Product Manager for CCH Supply Chain planning is responsible for driving the product vision and collaborating together with other product managers, sales, marketing, customer success and other business functions to realize and communicate that vision to the market. Essential Duties and responsibilities Guide Product roadmap of CCH Tagetik Supply Chain Planning area and present to management, customers, partners, and industry analysts Perform market and functional analysis of competitor offerings to guide the product development and Go to Market and to share with marketing/presales/sales and development teams Collect feedback from customers and partners to share with development regarding product Communicates the business context, including milestones and external dependences Participate in workshops with key customers, guiding the discussion around their functional area Provide product demos for most important prospects Provide presentations at User days and user conference demonstrating the product vision Guide presentations and agenda for other user conference sessions within functional area Manage customer satisfaction (NPS) for functional product Evaluate completeness of CCH Tagetik Offering for Supply Chain Planning including comparison to competition Coordinate internal teams to resolve issues for key customers when there is escalation Look for new offerings within functional area (solutions or product), evaluating market opportunity, Go To Market Plans, Pricing, training Coordinate with Tagetik Academy to ensure training materials complete for functional area and up to date Coordinate with presales team to ensure demo materials up to date and relevant to Participate in pricing committee to set pricing for functional area Coordinate with Marketing team to ensure proper materials available for market communication Present the vision for CCH Tagetik Supply Chain Planning area to market analysts Manage customer improvement requests for functional area (either directly or supervising Product Owner direct reports) Provide feedback to Product Owners and development teams for features in development Job Qualifications 5
years of experience with demand planning/forecasting, inventory Optimization, supply chain planning, production planning, MRP, procurement planning, and/or S&OP/IBP 5
years Agile Product Management experience Experience with predictive analytics, algorithms, and mathematical optimization is a plus Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Detail orientated Travel requirements Occasional travel is required to visit customers, partners, regional offices, and/or industry conferences.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Product ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
