The ideal candidate has experience with various aspects of the day-to-day management of an LMS for an internal user base including tracking and managing eLearner/user accounts, groups, and LMS rules as well as creating, uploading, testing, and maintaining content.
This individual is an extremely detail-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced business environment, working independently to meet deadlines, coordinating with supervisor and team members to accomplish goals, and continually seeking ways to improve the manner in which the National Training Team supports internal (staff and executive leadership) and external (Agents and affiliate partners) teams.
This Training Specialist must be punctual, maintain excellent attendance, conduct themselves in a very professional manner, have superior oral and written communication skills, be able to trouble-shoot and problem solve on their own with little to no guidance, be flexible and responsive, possess the ability to proactively re-prioritize as projects develop, and always be mindful of how their behavior and interactions reflect on the project, the team, the department, leadership, and Fathom as a whole.
This Training Specialist may be selected to participate as part of a QuickStart Training Team traveling to conduct on-site training for Agents and Leadership post-acquisitions (may consist of air and/or auto travel with trips lasting one to seven days).
The Role's Responsibilities may include:
National Training Specialists may be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
? deliver live training webinars to various user audiences within the organization ? contribute to development and management of training programs, curriculum, materials, presentations, courses, exams ? become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technology platforms provided by Fathom Realty ? facilitate Small Group Training Sessions and other types of private and semi-private virtual/remote trainings as scheduled ? contribute to management of LMS:
tracking/testing/managing user accounts, groups, notifications, content, testing, etc.
? be part of the QuickStart Training Team to develop, coordinate, travel, facilitate, deliver onsite sessions for acquisition groups ? schedule, manage, and contribute to the National Training Schedule and any other Fathom training events ? coordinate with Fathom Marketing Team for publication and distribution of National Training Schedule ? communicate key messages effectively ensuring recipients are well informed about issues impacting them or others ? contribute to documentation, processing, and continuous updating of departmental SOP's (Standards of Practice) ? departmental follow-up such as tracking attendance, training statistics, updating & posting recordings ? support Agents and other internal departments by phone/voicemail, email, chat, support tickets, or in-person when needed ? monitor incoming user technology issues, work with outside vendors or other Fathom Holdings companies to identify training needs and resolve Agent training-related issues ? administrative tasks as they relate to training and technology at Fathom Realty ? create, edit, post, maintain instructional videos/training-related materials on organization's intranet and other related sites ? import and export data from various provided technology platforms as needed ? manage training/support related materials/pages on organization's intranet and other related sites ? develop and maintain a positive professional relationship with our Agents, leadership, and staff throughout the organization ? constructively collaborate with other functional areas throughout all Fathom Holdings companies ? disseminate information quickly, answer questions, and manage follow-up as required ? contribute to a culture of continuous improvements, new approaches, and personal excellence ? meet/exceed individual KPI's and Quality Monitoring scores as well as various other reporting needs Skills/Traits/

professional training or teaching experience, work primarily from the Cary, NC office Required skills:
LMS experience (any applicable platform), exceptional attention to detail, ability to quickly learn new technology then effectively instruct adult learners, strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), strong overall computer skills, ability to work without supervision, ability to prioritize responsibilities, ability to follow through on projects to completion with little supervision.

Pluses:
experience with Docebo ( HUGE plus!!), ability to travel by air and/or auto for occasional work trips lasting one to seven days, prior Customer Service experience, and/or prior Real Estate experience, experience with ZenDesk, Dropbox, GoogleDrive and Google applications, video editing applications/software, and PDF manipulation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
