Summary:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Sourcing and Supply Chain Coordinator to provide support in sourcing, Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP), and Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process (EOFP) for commodities of lower value and less complexity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing cost reduction activities, making supplier selections based on criteria such as quality, cost, process capability, lead time, and supplier stability, and participating in resourcing activities and make versus buy decisions.
Additionally, the Coordinator will collect cost data, prepare limited supplier cost/industry analyses, and support the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process.
The position requires independent judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the development and execution/enforcement of strategies and contracts for commodities of lower value and less complexity Conduct cost models, make vs.
buy studies, spend analysis, invoice issue resolution, and other data analyses Work with Strategic Sourcing to address chronic supplier performance issues and/or validation of suppliers during early supplier selection process as part of Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) Utilize Achieving Excellence process to manage the supplier's performance Execute Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) with cost reduction activities, analyze quotations, and make supplier selections based on quality, cost, process capability, lead time, and supplier stability Participate in implementation of resourcing activities and make versus buy decisions Collect cost data and prepare limited supplier cost/industry analyses Support the Engineering Change Management (ECM) process to ensure design changes and product improvements are implemented in a timely and cost-effective manner Develop and execute inventory plans to achieve inventory/asset management and material flow goals Resolve shipping, receiving, invoicing, and payment problems to ensure prompt and accurate payments to suppliers Drive continuous improvement in terms of performance and lowest total cost with the Supply Base utilizing Achieving Excellence process and criteria Define, resolve, and provide permanent solutions to supplier performance issues with the assistance of other functional representatives such as quality, product engineering, etc.
Manage the day-to-day supplier relationship issues to assure proper communication occurs Expedite parts as necessary Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) and Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process (EOFP) is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Note:
The working hours are typically 8am to 4:
30pm with 1/2-hour lunch, 40 hours per week, Mon-Friday.
