JMA is looking for a RN Supervisor for our Cary location.
The position is responsible for:
Timely and efficient patient care, including monitoring of clinic/provider schedules, patient transfers out of practice, review of lab and x-ray reports, and referrals; Assuring that clinical staff are properly trained regarding the clinical care of patients; Manages ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment; Assures appropriate staffing and manages all staff; Assures compliance of all office and clinical policies and procedures; Provides intermittent audits of clinical processes and promotes staff development and training.
