Applicants need to have 2 years experience in dental or medical office management, be familiar with Microsoft Office programs, and able to conduct quarterly analysis of financials and patient data.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor are a must.
Responsibilities:
Manage the scheduling and billing aspects of a dental practice.
Be knowledgeable about insurance coverage and reimbursement procedures.
Communicate with insurance companies on claims issues.
Manage human resources, especially onboarding.
Familiarity with Curve Dental Software a bonus.
