We have a fully staffed 24-hour dispatch in Atlanta, GA, Greer, SC, Charlotte, NC, and Raleigh, NC.
CourierNet is looking for a strong customer service oriented professional to answer our phones and help resolve customer issues.
Duties would involve taking customer orders, directing calls, forwarding messages thru email and light paperwork duties.
Experience in a dispatch atmosphere preferred.
General knowledge of the Raleigh and surrounding areas a must.
This is a fulltime/daytime position.
Dependability, attention to detail, positive attitude and ability to work well with others is extremely important.
Our fast paced operation is growing quickly and we are looking for someone to fill our closing dispatcher role.
Hours will typically be Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

Requirements:
-Two or more years of operational and dispatch experience in the Courier Industry.
-Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.
-Valid Drivers license and clean driving record.
- Excellent computer and data entry skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
-Must be well organized, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
-Must have previous experience with fleet dispatching software programs.
-Flexible schedule and Commercial driving experience a plus.
-Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
