We're looking for a talented, dedicated, team oriented Guest Service Associate for a Part Time position (approx 20-30 hours per week)! This position is NOT for individuals looking for a seasonal position.
Guest Service Associates are an integral part of the team, as they are the first & last team members guests interact with! You'll learn all of the ins and outs of the spa business while fine tuning your customer service skills.

Can offer flexible availability, but most importantly be able to work alternating Saturdays! com Responsibilities and Duties:
Guest Service Associates are required to answer a multi-line phone system, handle laundry and shared light cleaning duties, schedule appointments, handle check out including cash and credit card processing, sell gift cards, flamingos, and retail, promote memberships and upgrades, assist guests at check in and check out, attend to guest needs throughout their visit, maintain communication with provider staff, maintain an orderly appearance of the front desk and common areas.
