Are you ready to build your career by joining a multi-national medtech organization? If so, our client is hiring a Project Coordinator - Preventative Maintenance Program!What You'll Do:
Manages all preventative maintenance work in accordance with contractual obligations and due date assignments.
Responds to incoming customer requests for preventative maintenance scheduling and makes outgoing contact in order to ensure all end-to-end activities occur ahead of system-specific due date.
Manages engagement milestones to ensure on time completion and identify actions required to keep them on track, including customer milestones such as proactive scheduling and required room availability for maintenance performance.
Reacts to changing priorities and capable of engaging with customers and internal partners to reschedule planned work when required.
Provides reports on progress and actions on a regular basis by researching, documenting, and presenting findings.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Be able to demonstrate the ability to handle semi-complex to complex projects and determine the critical path to improve timely performance.
Independently perform important areas of standard professional level work that typically requires processing and interpreting, more complex, less clearly defined issues.
Knowledge of SAP a plus but not required.
Good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) Strong communication skills needed, both verbal and written Position Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
