You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences, formal and informal documents, and create forms Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees Calendar management and coordination for President of Company Greet and assist onsite guests Answer multi-line telephone system Maintaining files- Organizing and scanning documents Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed Lead Coordination and tracking Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Clear, Professional and Polished Speaking Voice Strong attention to detail Previous experience in office administration or other related fields required Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Willing to accept constructive criticism Experience using emails (with attachments), scanning, filing, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Google Drive - Google Docs, Sheets, Adobe, PDF, This position involves lots of small duties, like typing and creating documents, ordering, and overall office organization.
All of which are essential for the smooth operation and success of the company.
Salary depends on individual and experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
