NOC T2 Network-Tech Lead:
Your primary responsibility is to provide Change Management and escalated Incident Management functions to GNOSC (Government Network Operations and Security Center) customers in a 24x7 environmentYou will be part of a team that will support a Tier 1-2 organization through incident handling, training, creation of documentation, and working technical projectsThis position is the most senior level of the Operations Support StaffRequirements:
In-depth networking troubleshooting knowledge.
Test and repair software/hardware/routing issues in the customer WAN/LAN environment.
Excellent working and troubleshooting knowledge of Routing Protocols and Multiple CPE vendors:
Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, etc.
SEC+, CCNA, CCNP certifications requiredMinimum
Qualifications:
In-depth network troubleshooting experience on a Layer 2-3 network5 years
of Tier 3 experience in a Network Operations Center as a network engineerExtensive Experience with network management tools and solving complex networking problemsMust be flexible to work in a 7 X 24 environment, including on-callMust have an active Top-Secret Clearance.
