years of experience working in an Agile framework and translating customer and business needs into technology solutions. The DnA PO will be responsible for defining and prioritizing work for agile teams so that it aligns with ART priorities and objectives. The candidate should have experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as Product Managers, Dev Leads, System Architects and Scrum Leads.The candidate should have 5
years of experience in SQL, Hive, and BigData Exposure. Exposure to Cloud architecture is preferred but not required. SAF3 Tools Knowledge on Azdo and Target Process is also preferred but not required.The DnA Product Owner (PO) is responsible for prioritizing the stories to be developed by the DnA agile team so the team can incrementally develop valuable data solutions that maintain conceptual and technical integrity. Individuals in this role are responsible for working in a DnA ART or a DnA Team of Agile teams setting that contribute to larger data solutions.The DnA Product Owner is a critical role with significant accountability to build and manage relationships and responsibilities across businesses stakeholders and within the team. The candidate should be able to work closely with the Scrum Master, Product Management, Customers, Business Owners, System Architects, Data Governance & Data Quality, Agile team members, and other DnA stakeholders to create viable and sustainable plans, and constantly seek feedback from multiple DnA stakeholders and incorporate it into the data solutions.Your new role:
Work with Product Managers to understand customer needs and business objectives that inform features and stories Ensure work focuses on those stories with a maximum value, aligned with product strategy, roadmap, and key milestones Help define, refine, prioritize, and accept the work delivered by an Agile team to ensure the outcome meets the defined feature acceptance criteria while the team works at a sustainable pace Answer questions from the agile team so the team's work flows without delay. Collaborate with POs on other teams to help the ART achieve its shared objectives. Make decisions to solve product related problems, trade-off discussions, to stay on track to committed outcomes. (Acceptance, prioritizing, making trade-offs, etc.) Manage stakeholders' expectations through iterative demonstrations of completed work What you'll need to succeed:
