, has an immediate opening for a Salesforce.com Administrator to support the Sales & Marketing organization.
This
position
is located in our Cary, NC office outside of Raleigh, NC. The successful candidate will work on a variety of administrative functions to support marketing and sales projects. The Salesforce.com Administrator will join the global marketing team and report to the Sr.
manager
, Global Marketing.
Administration functions include but are not limited to:
User management
Configuration and customization
Report and dashboard development
Data management
Overall support for functional user needs
Specific examples of tasks include:
Customize Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards
Maintain security such as user accounts, mobile user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights
Maintain and create workflow rules, validation rules, formula fields, escalation rules, auto-assignment rules, etc.
Maintain overall system configuration in conjunction with other Salesforce.com Administrators within the company
Assist in developing and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials
Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues- will work with diverse user groups
Manage instance to ensure data integrity
Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree
Two years' experience working with Salesforce.com CRM, preferably in a subject matter expert/administrator role
Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification preferred.
Demonstrated experience and comfort level translating technical information to a non-technical audience.
Experience creating reports and dashboards from Salesforce.com.
Strong oral and written communication skills and a great team player mentality.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Focused and driven with superb problem solving attribute
Familiarity with Salesforce.com integrations of Marketo, Xactly, Ringlead, Data.com, ExactTarget, and other appexchange programs preferred
Willingness to learn and administer 3rd party applications integrated with Salesforce, such as the Partner Portal.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
