Job location: Cary, NC, and future undetermined worksite locations throughout southeastern U.S.
Develop, create, and modify
computer
applications software or specialized utility programs utilizing software packages. Responsible for designing software or customizing software for operating systems, networking systems, and database systems. Review and approve development of software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design. Counsel engineering staff on hardware and software, and advise staff on development specifications and performance requirements and resolve customer problems. Advise customer about the maintenance of software systems. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures. Inform customers or other departments on project status, proposals and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance. Direct software programming and development of documentation. Perform other duties as assigned. Requires knowledge of computer hardware and software such as Java, J2EE, etc. Requires knowledge of full software development lifecycle. Requires ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed tor resolve issues.
(1) Master's degree
3 years experience
OR
(2) Bachelor's degree
5 years experience.
Foreign equivalents are acceptable.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
