Sales Associates Requirements:
Automotive sales experience is not necessary. However, we are looking for sales associates with good communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer service. If you have the inner drive, we'll train you for success.
Inside sales or outside sales experience is a plus
Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a people person)
Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers
Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer
Basic MS Office knowledge, some computer software and internet proficiency
Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
Valid U.S. Driver's License
