My name is Anastasia and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Recruiter for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Cary, NC. Details for the position are as follows:

Responsibilities:
Consultation with Management Teams
Develop a thorough understanding of the business including the engineering domain experience needed, detail requirements of open positions, market position and business challenges.
Provide required subject matter expertise to formulate a strategy for each position to ensure success in the market.
Utilize a proactive, organized and strong customer service approach.
Candidate generation
Develop and implement talent attraction and sourcing strategies successful in reaching candidates not actively searching
Responsible for candidate generation, which includes (but is not limited to), cold calling, research, networking, internet and social media utilization, industry or community events, Boolean logic, job board mining and general sourcing of candidates.
Conduct direct sourcing through targeted approach
Drive the organization to optimize use of industry events to attract applicants
Utilize contacts with diverse organizations and other organizations
Involvement in community events, contact with diverse organizations and competitor contacts, etc.) To provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
Requisition management - Assist hiring managers in developing and evaluating job descriptions by understanding the role and level of experience needed for the role. Provide coordination of the job posting / advertisement process. Expedite the process throughout the cycle working proactively with Compensation and Reporting & Analytics to ensure a smooth and efficient posting process.
Applicant Tracking - ensure that compliance requirements are understood and adhered to throughout the recruiting process.
Candidate evaluation -effectively screen and skill assess candidates in response to job requirements. Provide input directly to manager(s) on the strengths and developments of screened candidates against the requirements.
Candidate care - sell candidates on specific roles and business groups that match their interests and skills.
Hiring Process - manage the hiring process, facilitating all aspects of the candidate's offer package (i.e. reference checks, salary recommendation worked with Compensation and the hiring manager, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines), preparation of candidate for orientation, etc.
Process - Propose solutions to unique hiring challenges and drive implementation

Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required.
Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience in an engineering environment. Corporate recruiting of at least 2 years

Qualifications:
Proven experience in developing position specific strategies in a fast paced work environment.
Proficient use of behavioral interviewing techniques
Metrics-oriented, analytical thinker who is able to analyze, interpret, present and act upon data
Working knowledge of MS Office suite of software applications to include: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Must have experience supporting managers in multiple geographical locations
Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large / complex team environment.
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands (while communicating effectively with internal staff, candidates, and clients.)
Superior communication skills (verbal and written) with proactive approach
Understanding/knowledge of recruiting/hiring laws and practices.
Must have full life cycle recruiting experience.
Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
