Key
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and implement applications following the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC) to automate the generation of a wide range of customer documents, including contracts, benefit summary, legal documentation, proposals and letters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance to onshore and offshore contractors during phases of the projects from technical design to production implementation.
Participate in technical design, development and implementation of application systems.
Interface with system designers to design, test and implement application programs, create test transactions, run tests to find errors and revise programs.
Write documentation that describes installation and operating procedures.
Develop new programs of moderate complexity and scope, working with applications systems designs and specifications and utilizing standard procedures and techniques.
Assist in developing application specifications.
Participate in post-implementation reviews of both application development content and process to maximize and share learning.
Provide technical support to technical vendor resources.
Design and develop business process models, business rules and algorithms.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus three (3) years of experience designing, developing and implementing applications following full systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
Specific skills/other requirements (quantitative experience requirement not applicable to this section) -- must possess the following:
designing, developing and implementing application systems running on WebSphere Application Server and Linux OS; creating test transactions and running performance tests to identify errors and revise programs, using functional design review, technical design review, and test cases review; designing and developing business process models, business rules and algorithms using XQuery or XPATH, Web Services, XML, and XSD Schema; and automating the generation of customer communications using OpenText xPression or any document generation platform, including Quadient/OT Exstream.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
